The college of pharmacy welcomed 197 new student pharmacists on August 17, 2015. The majority (57.4%) are female, with 71.1% white, 8.6% Black/African-American, 14.2% Asian and 2.5% being two or more races. Tennessee residents compromise 68% of the class.
