Kara Goddard, PharmD (class of 2010), has been invited to join the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Research Academy Advisory Board. The ACEP Research Academy focuses on increasing and improving research in emergency medicine by mentoring young researchers and supporting projects that improve patient care, and by developing and increasing the number of emergency medicine researchers.
“I’m grateful for this opportunity to contribute to ongoing research efforts in emergency medicine and to help support future investigators in the field,” says Dr. Goddard. I am honored by this physician group inviting me, a pharmacist, to have a seat at their table. I feel this is extremely impactful for clinical pharmacists!
