Christina Pray Awarded the College’s Best Practices of Professionalism Award

|

Congrats to P4 student Christina Pray, who was awarded the College’s Best Practices of Professionalism Award!

Christina was nominated for going above and beyond to assist in transporting the college’s international student guests during her August and September APPE. The arrangement required students to pick up the guests before their scheduled start time and return them home after the rotation ended. Once scheduled, the office depended on volunteers to ensure the guests attended their rotations.

Christina agreed to help during both months and communicated with our guests throughout their visit to ensure they were informed about the day’s activities. She was friendly, punctual, and professional. She is especially recognized for her welcoming attitude and excellent representation of the College!

The Best Practices of Professionalism award acknowledges acts like patient advocacy, great teamwork, and innovative thinking that go beyond the call of duty.

Congratulations, Christina, for demonstrating the professionalism and strong work ethic that exemplifies the students of the UT Health Science Center College of Pharmacy!
