Alex Wallace, a P4 student pharmacist at the College of Pharmacy, was appointed to serve as a Regional Liaison for Phi Lambda Sigma Leadership Society (PLS).
The Regional Liaisons interact with each collegiate chapter in their region to ensure seamless
communication between the national office and those chapters. The appointment was made by the organization’s National Executive Committee through an application process. Wallace is one of 12 collegiate members selected for this role and will work with the 12 chapters in her region, which spans half of Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina.
Wallace will meet with the chapter presidents monthly to relay any national PLS news, and she will also address the concerns of the chapters and bring them back to the National Executive Committee.
