The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy hosted members of the Direct Admissions program at its Memphis campus for a retreat on Tuesday, July 11. Students learned more about the college from current students and had the chance for some hands-on experiences, including time in a compounding lab.
The Direct Admissions program provides students the opportunity to apply to and be given an early acceptance to the UTHSC College of Pharmacy at the beginning of their undergraduate college program. Students must be accepted into a college within the United States, have at least a 3.5 high school GPA and a minimum score of 25 on the ACT or 1220 on the SAT.
