The College of Pharmacy’s Annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony was held on August 23, 2016, at each COP campus: Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville. College leadership and faculty gathered to recognize the students for their hard work and to thank the donors for their contributions to the College’s scholarship funds. The scholarship recipients were recognized for excelling in academics, leadership and community involvement. Scholarship endowments and other accounts provided approximately $307,050 in scholarships this year. The College also awarded approximately $1.1 million in other scholarships. A total of 355 scholarships were awarded to 320 pharmacy students at the ceremony. Special thanks to Dean Chisholm-Burns, Drs. Williams, Hagemann, Chyka, and Shelton, the donors and other faculty and guests for their participation and presence at the ceremony.
