Bernd Meibohm, PhD, FCP, FAAPS, professor and associate dean for Research and Graduate Programs and interim chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, served as faculty instructor for an International Certificate Course on Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics. The course was sponsored by the South Asian Chapter of the American College of Clinical Pharmacology. The certificate course was held at the Bombay College of Pharmacy in Mumbai, India on April 26 and 27, 2016 in collaboration with The Indian Council of Medical research, New Delhi India. The course was led by Dr. Meibohm and colleagues Dr. Hartmut Derendorf from the University of Florida, Dr. Jagannath Kota from Novartis, and Dr. Krishna Iyer from the Bombay College of Pharmacy. The course was attended by more than 50 researchers and trainees from industry and academia and received excellent feedback from those in attendance.
