On February 16, student pharmacists from the Nashville campus and Dean Chisholm-Burns attended the University of Tennessee State of the University Address. The State of the University Address, presented by University of Tennessee President Joseph DiPietro, was held at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. Student pharmacists attended this address as President DiPietro discussed the construction of the new facility that will be home to the College of Pharmacy’s Nashville campus in the future. Additionally, President DiPietro addressed other current events and recognized valued members of the university with several awards.
