UT Faculty and Staff Share Fellowship, Fun, Art

On June 6, 2015 a group of UT College of Pharmacy faculty, staff, and friends attended a night out at The Paint Event in Bartlett. This paint studio, where you can learn step-by-step painting in a fun stress-free atmosphere, involves upbeat music interspersed with paintbrushes, food and drink. Marjo Jacks, administrative assistant to the chair of Clinical Pharmacy, has visited the studio since 2013. She displays what she describes as her “masterpieces” in her office, sparking conversations about where she got the paintings. Seeing others’ interest in the paintings, Marjo invited her colleagues to join her for an evening at The Paint Event. The result was a memorable bonding experience among UT College of Pharmacy friends and beautiful artwork.
