Several student pharmacists participated in a two-hour session on proper dining technique in an event called Utensil University. The free dinner was held on November 9th at Chez Philippe in the Peabody Hotel in Memphis and at Bridgeview Grill on November 12th in Knoxville. Students had the opportunity to prepare for important dinners, interviews and other professional events where etiquette is of importance. The event was organized by the UT Alumni Association Women’s Council, Alumni Career Services and the UTHSC Office of Development and Alumni Affairs.
