The focus of the annual Post-Doctoral Resident/Fellow Symposium, held on August 8, was Teaching Effectiveness. The Symposium was held on the Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville campuses. Topics presented by speakers included teaching methodologies, syllabus developments, grading rubrics, creating learning objectives and exam questions, preparing class materials, teaching credentials, and teaching portfolio requirements.
