The College of Pharmacy extends sympathy to the family and friends of Deryk Cooper, PharmD, of Memphis who passed away on July 9, 2014 at the age of 31. A 2009 graduate of the UT College of Pharmacy, Dr. Cooper served as an ASP chapter and regional officer.
A non-endowed College of Pharmacy Memorial Scholarship fund has been established. Donors who would like to make a memorial gift to honor Deryk can visit UTHSC Alumni – Pharmacy and designate the College of Pharmacy Memorial Fund.
