Staff Completes LIFO Team Building Workshop
The College of Pharmacy Staff recently participated in the LIFO (Life Orientations) team-building workshop conducted by Debbie Long, MSIO, Benefits Associate in the Office of Human Resources. The workshop comprised four sessions where the participants explored and learned how to leverage their strengths, developed their understanding of their preferred behavioral patterns in favorable and unfavorable circumstances, and gained insights into how their actions impact others.

UT Health Science Center Welcomes Caresse Hobdy and Crystal Bates to Our Staff
Crystal Bates, our new Administrative Aide for the 3rd floor, previously held a temporary assignment with UT Health Science Center College of Pharmacy, where she performed various administrative duties. Before her current role, she worked as a Clerical Specialist with the Shelby County Government. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Planning from Tennessee State University and has over 15 years of administrative support experience.
Caresse Hobdy, our new Administrative Aide at UT Health Science Center College of Pharmacy in Nashville, comes to us from HCA Healthcare, specifically TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center. She enjoys contributing to team efforts and looks forward to lending support where possible. Outside the office, you can find Caresse crocheting, reading, or tending to her vegetable garden.
