The Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA) donated personal protective equipment (PPE) to support College of Pharmacy faculty and students with administration of COVID-19 vaccines.
The equipment included gowns, face shields, N-95 masks, disinfectant wipes, thermometers, and other equipment.
“We appreciated the way TPA works to support our College of Pharmacy and pharmacists across Tennessee,” said Dr. Chasity Shelton, assistant dean for student success. “This equipment is very helpful to us as take on the important task of administering the COVID-19 vaccine.”
