Leslie Hamilton, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, was inducted as a fellow into the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) at the 2017 Annual Meeting.
According to ACCP, fellowship (FCCP) recognizes excellence in the practice and science of clinical pharmacy. Fellowship is awarded to individuals who have made sustained contributions to ACCP and who have demonstrated exceptional performance in clinical pharmacy practice and/or research.
Dr. Hamilton is an associate professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Translational Science. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the UTHSC College of Pharmacy, and served as a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro before returning to Memphis to complete a Critical Care PGY2 Specialty Residency at UTHSC.
