The University of Tennessee Health Science Center Student Government Association Executive Committee (SGAEC) presented its annual Excellence in Teaching Awards on May 3, 2016. Recipients selected by students in the College of Pharmacy included Dr. Cathy Crill, associate professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Pediatrics and Dr. Jonathan Hoover, clinical pharmacy specialist in Internal Medicine at the VA Medical Center and assistant professor of Clinical Pharmacy. Students in the College of Graduate Health Sciences also honored Dr. David Rogers, professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Pediatrics for his excellence in teaching. The recipients received a plaque and a $2,500.00 stipend.
