Hundreds of patients congregated outside of the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville on Saturday, September 26 in the very early morning to receive free health care offered by St. Thomas’ “A Day of Hope, Health, and Healing”. Patients were offered free behavioral medicine care, dentistry, foot and wound care, mammograms, prescriptions at no cost (made possible by the Dispensary of Hope) and vision services. Among those participating, and featured in a St. Thomas video promoting the event, were UTHSC College of Pharmacy Nashville campus student pharmacists pictured L to R: Lance Lineberger, Sara Fletcher, Hope Randle, Alison Cragwall, Ekta Patel and Sara Adams (holding the microphone).
