Oscar R. Herrera, PharmD (’11) was named the 2015 Pediatric Residency Preceptor of the Year by LeBonheur Children’s Hospital at the 31st Annual Residents & Fellows Recognition Banquet in June.
Following graduation, Dr. Herrera completed a Pediatric Nutrition Support Fellowship with LeBonheur Children’s Hospital. Beginning in August 2014, he joined the UTHSC College of Pharmacy faculty as an assistant professor of Clinical Pharmacy. Dr. Herrera currently works as a clinical pharmacist for the Parenteral Nutrition Service at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.
