The University of Tennessee Health and Science Center College of Pharmacy Magazine was recognized as the Gold Winner of the Hermes Creative Award for Print Media in the Publications/Magazine Category in May 2015 for the Fall 2014 issue.
Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, graphic design shops, production companies, web and digital creators and freelancers.
Jane Pate, from the UTHSC Office of Communications and Marketing served as magazine editor and designer. Debbie Byrd, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, College of Pharmacy associate dean for Professional Affairs was contributing writer and magazine editor.
