Dean Marie Chisholm-Burns, PharmD, MPH, MBA, FCCP, FASHP, received the 2015 Clinician of Distinction Award from the American Society of Transplantation at the 2015 American Transplant Congress in Philadelphia, PA, on May 5, 2015.
